    Hello everyone!

    A pleasure to be here. After much chaos with file tossing (which of course turned out to simply be a mistake on my end) it would appear everything is working to participate in this net.

    I'm Chris, 41 years old and while not in the best shape certainly could be worse. Hope to learn a lot here and share in the human experience of trying our best to take care of ourselves and / or fight battles as they come. At least, that's how I look at the nature of living as far as our health is concerned, be it phsyical or mental -- I have a strong focus on the latter -- so we can best enjoy the life we have.

    Well, there's the biggest intro I've ever done in the BBS scene. Normally I just kind of pop in out of nowhere but here, it feels a little more appropriate to at least give a clue as to who I am.
