    I'm tired of bearded balding men showing off the things they buy. Show me what you do with it, write some code, do some art...

    So, bring up your concerns at a meeting. Reinforce it by show the members what your doing. I've been in a few clubs, even ran one, and I can tell you it's easy to get into a rut, without even realizing it.
