1/2 c Canned solid-pack or
- pure pumpkin puree
3 tb Maple syrup
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg; freshly grated
1/4 ts Ground allspice
2 c Nondairy milk
Combine the pumpkin, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and
allspice in a blender and process until smooth. Add the milk and
blend again until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve at once.
