3 md Ripe peaches;
- up to 4, peeled, pitted,
- quartered
1 c Almond milk; cold
1 Ripe banana;
- peeled, cut into chunks,
- frozen
Make this smoothie when fresh peaches are in season; canned peaches
just don't do the trick. The "cream" is nutritious and delicious
almond milk. As with any smoothie, you can add some pure maple syrup,
softened dates, or other natural sweetener, if desired.
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and serve at once.
