These delicious baked air fryer apples are the most perfect dessert to
enjoy this fall. Filled with walnuts, oats and seasonal spices, this
simple sweet treat is best served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Cut apples in half from stem to bottom and use a paring knife, spoon,
or melon scoop to remove the core, stem, and part of the inside to
create a hollow opening. Set aside.
Combine butter, old fashioned oats, brown sugar, walnuts, cinnamon,
nutmeg, and salt in a bowl and stir to combine.
Add mixture evenly into each apple half.
Air fry at 350?F (177?C) for 20 to 25 minutes, until the apples are
softened and the oat mixture is toasty.
Serve apples warm and top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Enjoy :)
