    Florida Fruit Salsa

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    4 c Tomato based hot salsa
    1/2 c Onion -- coarsely chopped
    2 cl Garlic -- chopped
    2 tb Fresh cilantro -- chopped
    1 Ripe mango -- diced 1/4"
    1 Fresh pineapple --
    - cored, peeled, diced 1/4"
    3 Scallions -- chopped
    1/2 c Dates -- coarsely chopped
    1 Peach -- peeled, diced 1/4"

    Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate
    overnight. Serve with anything... very good with grilled fish,
    grilled chicken, as a party dip, and even as a sandiwch spread for
    grilled pork or beef.
