1 cl Garlic; crushed
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Pepper
2 tb Parsley; chopped
3 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Oil
1 lb Large shrimp; peel & devein
Cooked rice; hot
Combine garlic, salt, mustard, pepper, parsley, lemon juice, and
oil for marinade. Add shrimp to marinade and marinate for 2 hours.
Broil, brushing with marinade 4" from heat until done. Serve with
rice.
