• This is the tick file causing me issues

From Sean Rima@2:263/1 to All on Saturday, July 04, 2026 22:28:46
This is the top of the tick file that always gets marked as a dupe even though it has a replaces line

Created by HTick, written by Gabriel Plutzar File 1042.lst
    Area 1042.tech
Desc Echos available at 2:5020/1042 Replaces 1042.lst
    From 2:341/66
    To 2:263/1
    Origin 2:5020/1042
    Size 39648
    Crc F44279DF

Think they hatch it out every day even if it isn't changed

I see that too when files are hatched that haven't changed. I don't know of a way to disable dupe checking.

When I want those file to move anyway I edit bbbs/main/btickube.dup and remove the affected files from there and re-toss.

You'll need to rename the .bad files in your inbound back to .tic.

Ok, will just delete for the moment as it seems too much work. Maybe I reduced the size of the dupe file but cannot remember
