    We should waive tarriffs on non-Chineese cars under a certain price to help promote affordablity. If you sell a car under 24 thousand, tarrifs would be waived.

    Good idea, but aren't American cars usually cheaper? (We're talking about brand new, right?)

    Lets look at the models I wanted to get if I was able to afford another 50/mo in payments.

    Kia Germany offers the K4 for 29,000 Euros with the manual transmission, automatic transmission is another 2000 Euros (making it 36,000 US-$). Are those 26,000 without taxes? Or is it a completely different car?

    You cannot get a Dacia Jogger, I reckon. It's 18,000 Euros (21,000 US-$) here for the gasoline version as well as the LPG one - including taxes.
